Vermeer consists of three small-scale apartment buildings, each with its own lobby entrance, located directly on the Westsingelgracht next to the apartment complex Gezicht op Delft. The three buildings are in line with a healthy, sustainable lifestyle, with innovative thinking about mobility and urban living. In the design, special attention is paid to various sustainability aspects, and Vermeer is being developed almost energy-neutral (EPC≤0.26) with an average GPR score of 8.

The Vermeer project is developed for an investor and will be rented out to various target groups in the middle to high segment. On the ground floor of Vermeer, 2 studios will be realized, and in the four floors above, there is space for 48 compact city apartments ranging from 50 to 72m2, with a varied top layer with a staggered facade above them.

Mobility is deployed in a diverse way; the car can be parked in 21 spots on-site, shared mobility is offered, and space for bicycles is provided in a spacious, bright bicycle storage per block along the Westsingelgracht. Of course, the station is also just around the corner to catch the train, tram, or bus.
