At the edge of the Maxima Park in the Leidsche Rijn district of Utrecht, we are developing ten semi-detached houses and eight detached houses. These homes, with a 25% energy reduction, are very spacious. The architecture in the neighborhood lives up to the name Paleistuinen

All villas have a spacious garage/storage area with French doors. Some villas feature a balcony, most have a bay window, and all of them have a distinctive front facade. With many features inspired by the Art Nouveau style, such as setbacks in the facade, continuous dormers, and even some with round windows. It is precisely the combination of all these features that ensures unity in the plan while making each home unique.

Alle villa’s hebben een flinke garage/berging met open slaande deuren. Sommige villa’s hebben een balkon, de meeste een erker en allemaal hebben ze een bijzondere voorgevel. Met veel kenmerken uit de stijlperiode van de Art Nouveau zoals gevelsprongen, doorlopende dak kapellen en een aantal zelfs met rond raam. Het is juist de afwisseling van al deze kenmerken die enerzijds voor eenheid in het plan zorgt en tegelijkertijd elke woning uniek maakt.

On the north and south sides, De Paleistuinen is bordered by the Kuinderboslaan, on the west side by the Rijsterboslaan, and on the east side by the Savelseboslaan. In the future, semi-detached and detached houses will also be built on the east and west sides. On the south side, after a parallel ditch, there is the main road Burgemeester Middelweerdbaan. And on the north side, parallel to the Kuinderboslaan, there is Het Lint and the connection to the Máximapark.
