Hart van Zuid

Hart van Zuid is the heart of Rotterdam-Zuid. Since 2016, the area around shopping center Zuidplein and Ahoy has been undergoing a total metamorphosis. The goal: a new vibrant city center. A place where residents, visitors and entrepreneurs feel completely at home. The development, in collaboration with Heijmans, consists of several subprojects.
