As of July, Jolanda de Hoog has joined Ballast Nedam Development as Company Secretary & Developer. In this role, she contributes to clear decision-making, well-organised board processes and a strong connection between strategy and execution.
Jolanda brings extensive experience at the intersection of governance, organisational development and societal challenges. In her new position, she plays a central role in aligning the board, the internal organisation and public partners, with a strong focus on coherence, progress and due care.
