The board of Ballast Nedam Development appoints two operational directors who will oversee the day-to-day operations. Together, they are responsible for the development portfolio.

Eveline Keizer

Eveline Keizer has recently joined Ballast Nedam Development as an Operational Director. With over 20 years of experience in various real estate and area development companies in the Netherlands, Eveline Keizer brings a wealth of expertise to her new role. Eveline Keizer stated: "With my extensive experience, particularly in complex urban locations and area developments, the portfolio of Ballast Nedam Development aligns well with my expertise. Moreover, the high sustainability ambitions pursued by Ballast Nedam Development resonate with my own ambition to deliver projects that are pioneering in this field."

René Lecluse

René Lecluse has been with Ballast Nedam Development since 2017, previously serving as Regional Director. René Lecluse stated: "The area developments of Ballast Nedam Development, combined with its ambitions in sustainability and innovation, provide me with the opportunity to make a positive contribution to the built environment. This ensures an environment where living, working, and recreation go hand in hand.
