The highest point, reaching an impressive 30 meters, has been achieved during the construction of Phase 2c in the northern part of the Groene Loper in Maastricht. This is the second highest point on the north side; in the future, there will be an even higher point in the form of a tower. Phase 2c comprises a total of 121 homes, including 10 townhouses for sale, 32 owner-occupied apartments, 38 mid-rent apartments, and 41 social rental apartments. By simultaneously building this mix of homes for various target groups, a warm and inclusive community is created. These homes, developed by Ballast Nedam Development, are being built by Laudy Bouw & Ontwikkeling on President Rooseveltlaan and Kolonel Millerstraat. The first residents are expected to move into their new homes in the fourth quarter of 2022.
