We are a Dutch project developer with an international focus. Our projects push boundaries, literally – we get our expertise and inspiration from both the Netherlands and beyond – and figuratively: we feel each project should be better than the last. Innovations never stay new for long with us – by the next project, they’ve already become the standard. This lets us get a head start on the future – a future that’s healthy and habitable for everyone.
Agile and hands-on
Ballast Nedam Development forms part of globally active Rönesans Holding, and is a subsidiary of Ballast Nedam. Through them, we have in-house access to the widest possible range of expertise and experience. In addition to making us creative and innovative, this also keeps us responsive and realistic.
Our mission
Through a direct and open dialogue with our clients and partners, we develop future-proof living environments and buildings – places that people like to be and where they feel at ease. We are able to do this thanks to our experience with large-scale area development and the market expertise that we have acquired in the process. However, our most important capital in achieving our mission is our staff. They are highly educated, driven, experienced, skilled and hands-on. We invest heavily in their development, so that together we can push back the boundaries, day after day.
Our vision
We want to create added value for everyone involved, which goes beyond just our immediate clients. This is another way we like to push boundaries.
